1. 可植入式生物感測器之研發製備與其在生理及臨床醫療之應用 (如:神經傳導物質活體感測、感測肝功能指數之生物標記等)

Development and fabrication of implantable biosensors for physiological and clinical applications (e.g. the monitoring of neurotransmitters in vivo; the detection of the biomarker for liver diseases, etc.).

 

2.  新型酵素免疫分析技術之開發與改良 (如:均相酵素免疫分析技術應用於生物體中小分子之感測、電化學式酵素聯結吸附免疫分析技術等)

Development and improvement of novel enzyme immunoassay technology (e.g. homogeneous enzyme immunoassay technology for small biomolecules; electrochemical enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, etc.).

 

目前研究方向

1. 微機械加工植入型穀氨酸探針之製備及動物活體大腦中穀氨酸釋放感測之效能評估。

The fabrication of micromachined implantable glutamate sensors and their performance evaluation when monitoring glutamate release in the brains of live rodents.

 

2. 研發電化學式酵素連結免疫吸附分析技術。

Development of electrochemical enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology.

 

3. 可拋式肝臟酵素丙氨酸轉氨酶微電極感測探針的研發與製備。

The development and fabrication of disposable microelectrode biosensors for the detection of the liver enzyme alanine aminotransferase.
